On your mark, get set, go!
Camp Pickett and the elders spent this past week preparing for the big Derby Race. They decorated, assembled, and named their pinewood derby cars with the big race on Friday 22nd.
Winners- Elders: 1st Alma Groce racing “Purple Haven”, 2nd Frances Sawyers racing “Blue Lightning, and 3rd Carol Rains racing “Red Hot Momma.” Camp Pickett Winners: 1st Andrea Beaty, 2nd Sierra Shelley, & 3rd Kolby Johnson. Everyone had a great time cheering their favorite car on!
